I became a post-partum doula and started Wolfpack Perinatal Care inspired by the support I received from my own pack. With my first baby, friends brought over meals, took out the garbage and folded laundry, and my mom held our baby one night so me and my spouse could get a magical four-hour stretch of sleep.
The contributions of my own pack were life-changing, and inspired me to pursue post-partum doula training at the Simkin Center at Bastyr University in July 2023. I served 6 families since completing my training and try to support 1-2 families each month.
When I’m not helping folks transition into parenthood, you can find me with my spouse and two kiddos biking around Seattle, crafting, hiking, speed-cubing, baking, and advocating for social justice globally.

Prior to becoming a doula, I spent nearly 17 years in communications, marketing, and fundraising. I have a Bachelor’s of Arts in Anthropology and Cinema Studies, and a Master’s of Communications in Digital Media, both from the University of Washington.
